Rules of Play
- The lottery will open at 8 a.m. EST on September 26, 2025, and will close at 8:30 a.m. EST November 7, 2025.
 - Tickets may be purchased online at bcc5050.ca.
 - Tickets prices are: 5 tickets for $10, 20 tickets for $25, 100 tickets for $50 and 500 tickets for $100
 - Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Bump.
 - The main prize draw will take place on November 7, 2025.
 - 50/50 draw location: 863 Princess Street, Suite 301, Kingston, Ontario, K7L5N4, at 8:30 a.m. EST
 - Ticket purchases must be made no later than 8:30 a.m. on November 7, 2025, to be eligible for this 50/50 draw.
 - Ticket purchases must be completed by 830 a.m. on October 3, 2025, to be eligible for early bird prize draw # 1
 - Ticket purchases must be completed by 830 a.m. on October 17, 2025, to be eligible for early bird prize draw # 2
 - Ticket purchases must be completed by 830 a.m. on October 24, 2025, to be eligible for early bird prize draw # 3
 - Ticket purchases must be completed by 830 a.m. on October 31, 2025, to be eligible for early bird prize draw # 4
 - After purchasing, patrons will be emailed a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a random number issuing system.
 - No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
 - The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
 - The amount of the 50/50 will be monitored on the website and will be 50% of the total sales during the time of the draw.
 - Guaranteed Grand Prize of $10,000
 - Early bird prize # 1 will be a 55” 4K TV and Sound Bar.
 - Early bird prize # 2 will be Two Tickets to the Montreal Canadiens vs the Ottawa Senators Hockey Game on November 1, 2025, One Night Hotel Accommodations, VIA Rail Voucher for Transportation.
 - The amount of the early bird prize # 3 will be $1,000.
 - The amount of the early bird prize # 4 will be $2,000.
 - The winning number will be published on the lottery website and social media channels. The winning number will be announced on the following radio stations: K-Rock 105.7 Kingston, ROCK 92.7 Sudbury, ROCK 92.1 Timmins, ROCK101.9 North Bay and the FOX104.3 Sault Ste. Marie.
 - The winner will also be contacted directly by a representative from Breast Cancer Canada by phone and/or email.
 - The winner may claim their prize by contacting the Breast Cancer Canada by phone at 1.800.567.8767, or email at bcc5050@breastcancerprogress.ca. The ticket may then be brought to 101-415 Exmouth Street, Sarnia, Ontario at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. All payments will be made by cheque.
 - The winning ticket cannot be tampered with. Breast Cancer Canada reserves the right to deny winnings if the ticket has been reproduced or changed from its original state.
 - Online ticket sales must be claimed by the individual named as owner in the original purchase transaction. Breast Cancer Canada is not responsible for any division of the winning prize amount to any other party other than the individual named as owner in the original purchase transaction.
 - The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
 - The winner must provide photo identification and verify their phone number and address to claim their prize.
 - Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be issued a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for the draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
 - In the event a winner does not come forward, the winning ticket will be kept and held for 6 months. After that time has elapsed the prize will be donated back to Breast Cancer Canada with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
 - Ticket purchasing eligibility:
 - Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
 - Must be located in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
 - Must not be one of the following:
- an employee of the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario,
 - Breast Cancer Canada staff and members of the Board of Directors,
 - an employee of the supplier of the BUMP 50/50 System who are involved with the development and/or support of the 50/50 system, or members of the same household of each of the above.
 
 
Note: Prior to the purchase of a ticket online, you will be required to verify your eligibility and that the information is complete and accurate.
